Join us for the most exhilarating event of the year – the Polar Bear Plunge! Brave the icy waters and take the plunge to support mental health in Northern Saskatchewan. 

Whether you’re diving in, sponsoring a participant, or cheering from the sidelines, every effort counts. This years fundraiser is to support Facility Upgrades at Men of the North’s Support Center in La Ronge, SK.

 Your contribution goes directly to supporting mental health initiatives in Northern Saskatchewan

Join us for a cold dip in Lac La Ronge

Individual Plungers

Individuals looking to challenge themselves with the Polar Bear Plunge can participate by donating $150 towards our fundraising goal. ​ Alternatively, individuals can raise $150 in pledges to take the plunge

Early-Bird Registrations (Before March 10): $75

Plunge Team (4 Person)

Don't want to go alone? Grab 3 of your friends, coworkers, or family members and challenge each other. Teams can donate $500 towards our fundraising goal, or collect $500 in pledges from others.

Plunge The Chiefs

If we can raise $2,500 from plungers and pledgers, the La Ronge RCMP Chief, Deputy Chief of the Fire Dept, Head of EMS, and MOTN President will all take the plunge into the icy cold lake of Northern Saskatchewan.

Your support helps us to raise money for Children's North ECIP program, mental health initiatives in Northern Saskatchewan and facility upgrades to our support center in La Ronge, Saskatchewan
