Individuals looking to challenge themselves with the Polar Bear Plunge can participate by donating $150 towards our fundraising goal.

Alternatively, individuals can raise $150 in pledges to take the plunge

Team Plungers (6 Person)

Don't want to go alone? Grab 5 of your friends, coworkers, or family members and challenge each other.

Teams can donate $500 towards our fundraising goal, or collect $500 in pledges from others.
